We woke up this morning feeling a tad bit blue!
Leaving Bryce was something we just didn't want to do.
We chugged down the road to an out of the way place.
And were immediately glad we ended up in this space!!
A trail called Calf's Creek was calling us in
Six miles with new friends - a major win!
A waterfall waited at the end of the line
Splashin' & laughin' made our trip so divine...
The scenery, petroglyphs & wildlife along the way
Brought smiles to our faces on this special day
We packed up wet clothes & memories to spare
Escalante - we're glad we spent our day there!
Tonight we're bunking in a place called Kanab
In the Perry Motel - where old Western Stars have!
We'll recharge our batteries & head out the door
Tomorrow to see what the North Rim has in store!
